Description
A SPIN scooter has been dead in the neighborhood for over 2 weeks, first on Manor St and now at Cloverdale Park. On a walk this morning, I saw 2 other abandoned SPINs. One was on Pontiac Trl.

I do hope that means the matter fights for a place at the bottom of the city's priorities - until it ages off the list.
