Opis

scooter violates standards set by U of M and AA. also, way to leave a scooter just adjacent to the no go zone. they are violating the spirit of the law everyday. these arent even legally allowed to operate on sidewalks so they also violate the letter of the law. what happened to the ticketing and regulation that was promised? seems like the AA government is providing unusual favor to a company that is paying them.
