I agree with you. The grounds are so dirty, especially at Eastwood. The grass is dirty on the Eastwood grounds, and the sidewalks are dirty. I remember when leaving in the morning for work the maintenance men would hose the ground with water to really get it clean. I know this a Urban American Issue. Has anyone also noticed that by the seating next to the sprinklers neare Blackwell House that it is not very clean either. What is RIOC hiring the youth for? The young men can clean up where the real workers don't. I'm just saying.
