Description
This is a major sidewalk where thousands of people walk to/from BART entrance to trains. There is a strip of stone/ceramic tiles across the sidewalk installed on concrete surface. It appears that the concrete surface below the tiles has been pushed up by vegetation or below ground utilities. It created a major tripping hazard that needs to be resolved. There are now few tiles missing, resulting into an uneven surface with a drop in concrete.
