Description

If you are going to have a clock on your building, it should show the proper time. I highly doubt First National is having financial difficulty. Please issue a citation to correct this.

A couple of months ago I spoke with a First Martin person about the stalled clock, it's their building. I was told that it's an old clock for which parts are difficult to get. The employee said that they're awaiting a part.

And First National went out of business many years ago. There is nothing illegal about having the wrong time on a clock.

Dear Another Neighbor, the clock is suspended above the sidewalk which is public property, hence they are infringing on public space, the least they could do is keep the clock operational.
