@ T0263 it is not an HOA Violation, it is a City Code violation. Due diligence and compliance is sent to the city for city streets. If you were aware of HOA Documents, it would still take a minimum of a 7 Day Notice. Obviously you do not know the our community is NOT private. Kids will be out this Halloween and this needs to be addressed. If you had children, you would not want rats jumping out at them.
@ T0263. Any licensed tree trimmer or vendor knows that they are responsible to remove their work product. Code Compliance is well equipped to follow this up. The HOA board never addressed this in the last 7 years. Any citizen of Pembroke Pines may use this app to call attention to health and safety.
Bob, then why did you make it a point to complain at HOA meetings about it constantly? Why did you make the following post on next door after the August board meeting?

Early placement of bulk pickup items.
We are lucky to live in Chapel Lake Estates, as far as bulk pickup is concerned. If you lived in Kensington, and placed your items out early, that association will afford you a pickup for $100 assessment. Of course CLE looks a little shabby but hey, no problem. 1st and 3rd Thursday with a Wednesday placement is code.

Don't let your neighborhood look shabby. The association used to remove items left out this far in advance.......don't be a hypocrite.....fix it.
@ Bob_Young, how do you know they hired a licensed tree trimming company? How do you know they did not do the work themselves? As a homeowner, I can do the work myself and utilize the bulk services of the City. Be neighborly.....knock on the door and inform your neighbor about the rules of bulk......the dates of bulk. The City should not and can not be used as a weapon against your neighbors due to neighbor disputes and personal vendettas.
T0263 I don't believe this app is a place for pettiness and vindictiveness. Your above citation is a correct citation of a post I made. It is quit accurate. The mentioned HOA is a private community and they own their roads. Quit different from Chapel Lake Estates, The roads are owned and controlled by the City. If you lived in Chapel Lake Estates, you would know that. This is not an owner placed pile of cuttings, it is a vendor.
I really don't get your comments, FYI I did tell the vendor that bulk pickup was two weeks away as I walked my dog past the house! Pathetic! This is not a blog.
