Homeless encampment on the 18th street overpass over I-980. Trash, tent, and oils dumped onto the street causing stains all over the sidewalk and street. Litter and food left in the pathway, Area is very unkempt. Have to step over items while walking down sidewalk. This needs to be moved elsewhere. The tent is IN the street and is impending the PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY. Been here for about a year. Please, someone do something.
