There is one of those city owned cardboard trash bins on the sidewalk near the hole in the fence for the ballfield. The people watching the games have been considerate enough to use the trash bin instead of littering on the street. It would be greatly appreciated if the city could empty the garbage bin but leave it there for people to continue to use
