Thanks for reporting and publicly documenting this issue. It's only a matter of time before the city responds.
Maybe its worth a call to City Hall and point out that this issue has been publicly documented for 3 months now.

The holes are worse than ever.
Yesterday I saw a child fall on her face trying to cross the street.
That part of the street is an obstacle course.
