I witnessed the same thing when I was up there this morning. Whose responsibility is it to clean the bus stalls? The one across the street from above mentioned address is really filthy. There might be some drug paraphenalia around but it is really disgusting. It needs steam cleaning badly, including the seats.

Your request regarding parks has been closed. Staff visited the site and changed the garbage bags. We visit this park on a daily basis changing garbage bags when possible. If you see persons dumping household waste at the park you should call the Tukwila Police Department as the crime is in progress by calling 911, it is considered illegal dumping and is against the park rules.
