This is panorama of the typical array that is more or less a fixture of this location, and here and there and everywhere in on Pearmain and its spur streets or the entire area. This area does not need citizens to spot these area for the City - I presume the City is not blind. It needs the City to instead step up and make this a regular patrol area- any given day, and if you are lucky and duly authorized, catch someone in the act as the DA has stated they will prosecute. This area may be poor and I am sure it would be resolved if this was in Temescal, Montclair, or Jack London, hate to say it, but it seems clear East Oakland gets the short stick here; but our community here has had enough and deserves more.
