Pothole surrounding metal cover stamped "Extenet" in right lane of Arlington Street, just after Boylston St. It was recently patched but the blacktop was quickly pounded out of the hole by cars. The bottom of the rectangle holding the cover in place has failed in the past few days, exposing wires and leaving loose metal in the road.
