How is this dangerous for pedestrians?

I agree that dangerous for pedestrians may be a stretch of the imagination, but certainly dangerous for the person accessing the basement apartment, for whomever is moving that fan in and out of the window, and most assuredly no bueno for the property values of all the folks who live nearby. Slowly letting the area turn into yet another slum.

So, DanielC, if the bay window collapses, don’t you think some parts would end up on the sidewalk, which is right there?
