Drainage system has a Metal circular pipe runs under the bottom of the driveway. Starting to have issues with the end becoming sharp. Needs to be evaluated and repaired.

My driveway space and is drastically effected by the protruding metal drain, I have backed over it several times and punctured my tire. The drain needs to be elongated passed the end of my driveway so I do not run over it. Also, my neighbors drain is right in the middle of their driveway and they have popped many tires on it and has been a huge concern to potential buyers while they are in the process of selling their home.
