Please be advised that both Chapel Hill Road and McCrimmon Parkway are state-owned roads. Therefore, the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is the entity that should be contacted, as the NCDOT is solely responsible for the operation of traffic signals at state-owned, state-maintained road intersections. Consequently, you will need to contact the NCDOT with your complaint.
