I already reported this and obviously the issue is still ongoing, still gallons of water being wasted going across the sidewalk and down into the drain. don't close an issue unless it's actually solved somebody needs to stop this

Thank you for expressing your concerns. When Public Works forwards requests to the correct department, SeeClickFix closes it because the issue is no longer with Public Works. A new case is opened up with the new department and they address the issue. In addition, if the request deals with City maintained landscape areas that are already on a schedule, we close them because the issue is being dealt with accordingly. We understand your frustration, but the City takes each request seriously and we do our best to take care of each issue as quickly as we can.
