Department of forestry came out, inspected tree and issued a work order to trim. When will this happen? The tree's branches are encroaching on the driveway and hanging too low. Please provide a firm date for performance of work.

This work has not been completetd. The only thing that happened was that one of the forestry department employees came out with a pick up truck and picked up the fallen branches that I had gathered on the base of the tree. The tree has not been trimmed and the large branches that are broken and hanging up closer to the top are still there. It has been almost a year that this request was submitted and now it has been closed without the work being performed? This is completely unacceptable. In fact it's ridiculous
