Randolph Ranger, thank you for your concern. A graffiti release liability form has to mailed to the homeowner in order for us to assist you with the graffiti portion of this request. Can you tell us what the address is next to this location so that we may try ti figure it out or is it actually 1264 Parkwood Avenue? Please advise.

As I said in the original request, I don't know what the address is; if I did I wouldn't have made that disclaimer. My feeling is that my report is a good faith effort to give the City a starting place. Honestly, I want this fixed and if I knew the address, I'd put it down. Why not send someone out and drop off the form? This whole block needs lots of help so it seems an inspector should be walking the walk in any case.
