10/19/2013 - Service Review: Richmond Grounds Mgmt Team (20020906889) noted this location was finished out for removal on 7/11/2013 - this case file is listed as closed - double checking with team to make sure they can remove tags here -
Mgmt team stated that request has been investigated, and determined that maintenance can not be performed because location is state property. This request has been closed(CRS#20020906889)
Nope, that's not how this works. If another agency or department should deal with this, then you send it to that department. To get a reply of "not my department" after 9 months is really disappointing and frustrating. Honestly, @RVA, @City and @WilliamCapers, take some ownership and initiative here. Put yourself in a regular citizen's shoes; what should I do now that I've waited for nearly a year and you tell me you're not going to fix it. Even if I know it's "state property," then what do I do? Whom do I call?
We're trying to report blight and you're just closing it. Whatever happened to "building the best Richmond together"?!
