A street light on the east side of Lowcroft Ave (corner of Lowcroft Ave and Cavanaugh Rd) has the globe tipped off and it looks like wires are also exposed. This occurred during the early morning hours of 7/7. This street light is adjacent to two homes which have the addresses of 4300 and 4303 Lowcroft Ave.
