A. the tree is located in the public utility easement between two properties. I reported this tree to the city of Toledo and Toledo Edison as a potential hazard last year. As I predicted a storm broke a tree limb and is hanging posing a risk to property and the its inhabitence. The biggest concern is at the base of the tree where it is split and has the potential to damage property or knock out the cable/electrical lines.
