Tree down on county owned path (not CA).

Dangerous tree nearby and reported almost 2 weeks ago still suspended a over path. See https://seeclickfix.com/issues/5961494. Almost 2 weeks to address a single high risk tree on the primary south connector to Lake Elkhorn seems unusual. Other low risk trees in the area have been addressed by CA.
