An armed robbery recently (6/18) occured just up the street, in the parking lot of 45 Randwick, where the robbers hid in the dark bushes. While more and brighter lighting is definitely needed, existing lighting on Randwick itself could be made more effective by judicious tree trimming. The pool of darkness at the foot of Randwick extends around the Richmond Ave curve at the end of the Park.
