Description

Work crew yesterday only partially replaced the gutter reported below, stopping before 7701 Crest Ave. Now, the ENTIRE STREET'S WATER RUN-OFF FLOWS INTO 7701 Crest, potentially causing flood damage. As detailed in the comment from 7707 Crest below, gutter should continue to the sewer drain at the end of Crest Ave at Field Street.

Street was recently repaved after some work on the sewer system & they eliminated the gutter. Now the water is flowing onto my property & the neighbor's property causing flood damage. The previous gutter guided the water to the sewer drain located at the end of Crest (near Field Street).
