A TAR/MACADAM EDGE (ABOUT 5 YEARS OLD) HAS COLLAPSED AT EAST SIDE OF SOUTH BOUND LANE OF NW 24 TH ST,NEAR STORM DRAIN, CONSEQUENTLY ALL STORM RAIN DRAINAGE RUNS DOWN THE EDGE OF POND THERE AND ERODES BANK BADLY.
