When was this done? Who did the work. There are 3 drains innvolved and NOBODY saw any work done. A representative of the HOA should be present. There is absolutely NO EVIDENCE that the large exit drain that is giving the most issue was cleaned . The drain is located behind 7980 Millstream. The srass area between the storm drains that conects theparking lot drain to the exit drain remains overgrown and the rip rap covered with grass. The townhomes in this area have experienced SERIOUS FLOODING In heavy rain, PLease have someone contact mea 410-707-8797

The Howard County Storm Drain that takes the water away from the homes behind is blocked or undersized STILL. The drain gets completely immersed in water during heavy rains and thestorm water backs upinto the backyards of people along Millstream and the common area - all the way to the Board of Education pathway bridge servicing the Middle school. This is not only a bad situation but a dangerous one. That drain was installed in 1985. It cant hold all the stormwatr from the new development approved by the county in Elkridge. Our community suffers because it accepts storm water from surrounding areas. The water causes back-up in our parking areas.

Property Damages and the health and safety of residents continue to be ignored by the lack of responsibility by the county to keep this storn drain opened to allow storm water to exit and not back-up into private property,

The lack of drainage continues and now has been ignored by HOWARD COUNTY for over 90 days now. What does it take to get the attention of this serious problem. Flooding and a disaster as happened in Old Ellicott City? This issue is well documented and ignored by the County. Our community "accepts" drainage water from surrounding developments and the problem has increased by the lack of development control by the County. The problem needs to be resolved. Insurance companies will look towards the County to recover damages causd by the lack of action to correct a well known issue.

Our drains continue to back-up, What is the point of this reporting prcesssince nothing gets one! Maybe it takes a flood! At least this serious and ignored conition will be amply documented and Public Works can then be held responsible for gross negligence.
