  He is now collecting and selling furniture on the sidewalk and he is hosting a woman who is selling drugs RIGHT THERE on peralta openly. She is hiding the big stash in bushes around the site. I sat and watched them do this for an hour as I waited to meet an agent to look at a property I have been considering buying. When I saw a city of Oakland employee pull up to the area I thought... great the city is on top of this! To my shock he started taking photos of private property with graffiti on it and I realized they were there to fine the property owners (spoke to a neighbor who shared a pic of his recent bill from the city with pictures attached) not to assist the property owners get a grip on the hazardous situation. FYI CITY of OAKLAND this is negligence. If I closed on this property I would be paying twice the property taxes that are coming in and would spend over $500,000 on local contractors not to mention the 3 full time employees I will hire wherever the biz ends up. Doesn’t seem fair to local residents how negligent the city is being.
