I don't think your report is going to get to the right people.
This website sends out alerts based on the map location, and the map on the right is currently putting the point at a location in central Montgomery County, MD. Meanwhile, the address you listed is in Virginia. So you're alerting people following Montgomery County reports, and nobody in Virginia is listening.
I think Google can't find the city "Chesterfield Court House," so if you know the zip code you might have better luck using that instead.
