A couple move to this house with theirs kids, one baby , a boy 4 years old and a girl probably 9 years old, the father smoke marijuana in present of his kids, almost daily , VERY SCARY SITUATION PLUS THE NOISE OF THE MUSIC PLAY EACH NIGHT... I hope these kids are not in danger
