Description

There is a huge pile of trash and a tent and a homeless personal belongings COMPLETEKY blocking the sidewalk at the West Oakland Bart station. This makes it completely unsafe for handicap/wheelchair users: their only option is to ride their wheelchair into traffic. This trash pile/tent has been there for weeks and it's just getting worse/larger.

The city should be sued and individuals should be held liable if any handicap person is injured due to negligence to fix this.
