I am having an issue with a neighbor regarding parking. My neighbor has a driveway that can fit two vehicles, currently he has 6 vehicles and park all 6 on the road and leaves his driveway chained up so now one can park there. It is very hard for everyone to find parking on this block because he is not utilizing his drive I have received a few tickets for parking on the white line and fire hydrant because I could not find parking. Is there anything that can be done about this individual and the parking issue that we are currently having.
