If you live in a non gated subdivision with private roads is your community considered private property? Tku as I can’t find the answer for this.

Mary, when you say "Does than mean no one except those who live there can enter?," it seems you are intending to ask "If someone who does not live there enters, is that trespassing?" In Georgia, trespassing is when someone knowingly enters and remains on private property without the proper authorization of the owner or an agent. If there are not any "No Trespassing" notices, a person entering your neighborhood is not trespassing until he/she is told to leave -- if he/she then leaves, there was no trespassing; if he/she does not leave, that is trespassing. If someone is trespassing, you should call the police, not post on a website.
I assume the question was closed because they asked for clarification and gone no response for a week. There's really no defined incident that can be fixed, and is instead a general question, which is not the intent of this site.

up which made our streets private. As far as the community we were told it was private & no trespassing which isn’t in our covenants. I’ve seen trespassing signs for farms & people way out in the country. We live off McGinnis Ferry Rd. Just because the streets are considered by the City of Alpharetta as the private that doesn’t mean the entire subdivision is private.
