For the past week or more, a helicopter has been flying low over the surrounding blocks every night. Begins around the same time...approx 11pm to midnight..and lasts for about an hour. Very noisy, it is impossible to sleep through. Continues in circles near this address. Does not seem to be police related: no spotlight, and it's on a regular schedule. Maybe someone doing night training in the area? Please determine whether it is a private company or person, and have the activity cease if so. Terrible noise pollution!! Residential neighborhood with citizens trying to sleep.
