I think your very rude. This is exactly why East Boston looks like a mess. Because Public Works always throws hissy fits when you ask them to do more work. If this was Beacon Hill, then this would be a higher priority. In fact, in other parts of Boston they do paint the metal on the barrel but whoever responds to the cases in East Boston takes no pride in their job
