I apologize if this is the incorrect place to report this issue, but it was the closest category available. Recently, I was attempting to locate a business near the reported address. I was having trouble and I saw some young men outside in the paved lot between this building and the one next door to the west, so I asked them if they knew where to find the business I was looking for, as it was listed as being very near by. They helped me, which I appreciated, but I noticed they were washing some metal objects and some concerning stains on the pavement. The water from their washing was running through these white stains and out into the street. Hopefully there is nothing wrong going on, but keeping the water that flows out into our oceans clean is very important to me, so I snapped a quick photo just in case.
