This vehicle routinely parks in the alley between the buildings located at 695 Central Avenue and 696 First Avenue North, on weekdays for hours at a time. This week, it was privately tagged (not by City) as being subject to being towed, and it began parking in the alley further east in the 600 block. It never been ticketed or towed by the City at this location. The license plate is FL IJU C10.
