The lot behind our property is city owned and there is a tree that looks dead and the branches are hanging precariously into our backyard. We run a daycare center and are concerned for the safety of our children who play in the backyard. If someone could come to trim tree or even remove it as it looks like it's dead, we'd feel much more at ease letting the children play in the backyard.
