HOUSING CODE OFFICER SCHEDULED TO INSPECT 3-12-19

That area is a dumping spot as the pictures show. I'ts also being used by that used junk car lot to the right next to McDonald's.

I am also sending an email to Nancy Carbone at DPW regarding this as well.

What was the results from the Housing Code Officer yesterday?

Officer Martinez spoke with owner and met at the property. Illegal dumping and abandoned vehicles. Chain was put up. Violations being issued by Housing Code, Officer Martinez.

I believe then vehicles were abandoned from that junk car lot next door. They have their side fence open to still use that back area of the diner as theirs.
We see it all the time from the windows from the gym next door!
I also saw this posted on the side of the diner 2 weeks ago.

So far the chain is still up! Just have to keep that junk car spot next door in check with their side gate they have that they can still use the back of that building!

I just passed by & there are cars in the lot due to the chain not being up like it was a few days ago! Please send the inspector by!

Officer going out 4/15/2019 to check fence and rubbish and debris.

Everything looks ok as of today. The chain is up & secured. I think it's good to just do a check on that area.

As per officer Cappoli property is vacant and secure.
