If it was because of that hoarder, they gave up on this stuff. Otherwise it wouldn't have all be in the street. No one is claiming this as their stuff. It needs to go before people picking through it disperse it further into the street. It's also in an area where storm water usually runs/drains further down the street and that may be a problem with heavy rain.

Agreed that debris is abandoned and should be picked up ASAP before it just gets soggier, heavier and more difficult to load. There are strings attached to removing someone’s property, but we’re not talking about removing the homeless, that’s in the hands of County Social Services people. The homeless need somewhere to go.
