Alley Blading/Smoothing https://seeclickfix.com/issues/2272948. There are multiple issues here. 1. Alley blading west end has never been done, see 227948. 2. Damaged curb not fixed. 3. Compliance then needs to look at same alley East End Black Fence with rubble concrete extending into public space.
