Code Enforcement investigated and found no evidence of a home based business. The owner of the property stated that the truck should be removed within the week. Code Enforcement only observed the home appliances that were on the trailer which was stated that they are intended for recycling. Code Enforcement will follow up to verify that the truck and trailer is moved off of the unpaved surface and on to a paved surface after time allowed. Driving on an unimproved surface is not a Code violation. Additionally, we spoke with the resident about the RV and it is being addressed.
