Please either remove the "no turn on red" sign or enforce it as cars regularly turn on red. In addition, the rightmost lane should not let drivers merge into the left turning lane. In most cases, drivers coming off the ramp (in the right most lane), will turn right WHILE merging into the left most lane, causing potential accidents.

Thank you for reporting. The Emeryville Police Department has this location on their directed patrol routes, and will issue tickets to vehicles in violation of the "No Right Turn on Red" sign and other vehicle violations.
