There seems to be an abundance of fallen leaves this year. They have really accumulated on the street in these parts . The last storm we had yesterday the Sewers got backed up and the streets started flooding . Can we put in for a street cleaning in the Historic uptown area? Can we get notice as to when the sweeping will occur so we can move are cars so the sweeper can get to the curb
