Someone just dumped that car there one day it’s been very annoying. Other times people just think they can park there for hours/days when they have no right to — that lot is private property. The car hasn’t been there a year it’s been there a few months — it’s crap that the city of St Pete is fining the church for this when it isn’t their car — can’t someone come out, check the VIN number, and fine the actual owner? The church was nice enough to not get mad when other people just park in their lot — but now they are punished for being polite to the owner? That’s ridiculous. Please fine the actual offender, not a victim of the offender.
