Drainage concern side of 8366 Williamstowne Drive, Millersville next to cluster mailbox - the sidewalk and grassy areas are continuously soaked as well as icy and muddy making it treacherous for residents to retrieve mail from the cluster box. The neighborhood is known to have underground springs that have been previously piped for proper drainage to the nearby stream /creek and not ponding on the surface or roadway. FYI - there are two storm drains at the side of this address and one in the front.
