At the time of inspection no pipe was found. Some ground water was running down the curb, but it was minimal. With the abundance rainfall over the last year, we have several areas that have the same problems with the ground water. There is nothing we can do to correct this.

I do not understand the statement that “a pipe was not found”. The Columbia Association found the green pipe drain sitting next to the curb close to the property of the neighbor at 6233 Deer Season Run. They stated that it ‘looked nice’ and that was their only concern.
Although the water run off may seem small at first (I thought so also), in the freezing cold it builds and builds covering a large amount of the street. Since I am a senior, I do not want to fall crossing the street for my mail or hit a large patch of ice backing out of my driveway.
I did take pictures of the large ice dam. The pictures shows the large amount of ice covering two properties. Please have concern for the safety of the people downhill of this problem.

This problem is extremely dangerous when it freezes. Someone will either get hurt or an accident will occur if this problem is not addressed.

This item will always create an ice dam covering at least 1/3 of the street in front of my house (and my neighbors home). It is impossible to cross the street to get mail. It also is very bad to drive on. If nothing is done to solve this issue, it is very possible for people to be hurt.
