The traffics sensor at Riva rd turning right onto West st (at the no right on red) is not sensing Riva Rd traffic in the morning. It used to sense me coming down Riva Rd needing to turn right onto West St and give me an arrow but now it doesn’t at all. I’ll sit through two rounds of it picking up east bound Rt50 traffic coming down onto West st and never give me a green arrow. This is at 0445 each morning.
