On February 18, I conducted an inspection and I observed the violations. A notice was posted with time to correct.

On March 20, 2019 I conducted a follow up inspection and the violations were not corrected. It has been sent to court.

On July 24, 2019 I conducted a follow up inspection. The violation has been corrected.
