Multiple complaints. Nothing changes. They just laugh at code compliance

If the vehicle is in the street it's a law enforcement issue, not Codes. Law enforcement issues (illegal street parking or other illegal activities, abandoned/inoperative vehicles in the street, noise ordinance violations, etc.) need to be reported directly to the St. Petersburg Police Department by calling 727-893-7780 (for non-emergencies) or 911 (for emergencies.)
