In November 2017, the city butchered my yard to install a giant sidewalk that half of the pedestrians do not use, per my observations. The City said this power pole was in the way so they tapered in the sidewalk "temporarily" and didn't complete the low retaining wall claiming that Duke Energy would come move the pole further up my property. Well it's been almost a year and a half and that has not happened. Someone needs to come out here and finish the retaining wall before my yard erodes further. Please address this soon.

Dear Citizen,
Thank you so much for your patience in this matter. This has been forwarded to and addressed by Duke Energy. They have estimated their construction time be around 4-6 weeks. Our apologies for the delay and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
